Usui Reiki Ryōhō Training | Shoden & Okuden (Levels I & II)

Service Description

Rooted in the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki Ryōhō, our Shoden (Level I) and Okuden (Level II) trainings invite students to cultivate a personal relationship with Reiki while developing the knowledge, techniques, and confidence to share the practice with others. Shoden | Level I — The First Teachings Your introduction to Reiki begins with self-practice. Students explore the history and principles of Reiki, energetic awareness, foundational hand placements, and techniques for supporting themselves and others. Through guided practice and Reiki attunement (Reiju), students begin cultivating Reiki as an intentional part of everyday life. Okuden | Level II — The Inner Teachings Building upon the foundation of Shoden, Okuden invites students to deepen their understanding and application of Reiki. Training introduces traditional Reiki symbols and mantras, distance healing practices, and techniques for strengthening energetic awareness and supporting others through Reiki.
